Membership Registration

 

Due to COVID-19 and following mandatory social distancing we prefer if our new and returning members use online registration this year. ​

In case of any issues with online registration you can download registration form here. Please fill out the form and contact Nadia at membership@oakridgetennis.ca in order to arrange for registration form and a cheque (made out to Oakridge Tennis Club) drop-off as well as membership card and key pick-up.
